WEDDING PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted are in Euros. PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate fluctuation against the sterling pound or any other currency at time of booking. A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking which is just 40% of the package detail; we can then proceed to confirm your wedding date. Bank transfers can be arranged and funds must reach our account within 10 days of confirmation otherwise the wedding date will be void. A payment plan can be set up to suit your individual needs but the remaining balance whether by transfer or cash paid locally MUST be settled prior to the wedding day, none conformance will result in cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITY
The liability of PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com, its affiliates, officers, employees and/or its agents is limited. They act as agents for you, their client, with respect to providing services, products, lodging and/or transportation through independent sources PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com, its affiliates, officers, employees and/or agents will not be held responsible or liable for injury, personal injury, property damage, property or other losses, accident, delay, cancellations or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or defect, through the acts or default of any company or person contracted for such services or products, or as direct or indirect acts of God (such as storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc), fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jour or de facto, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strike(s), riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any cause beyond the control of PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com its affiliates and/or its agents.
We can not be held responsible for any changes made to your wedding by any municipality, church or hotel involved. In the unlikely event of this occurrence you will be offered an alternative choose or a full refund.
DOCUMENTATION
It is your responsibility to ensure that you bring the correct documentation with you to Cyprus. Details of documentation requirements can be viewed on our webpage PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com Failure to bring the correct and original documentations will be result the wedding being cancelled.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
All cancellation for which a deposit/and or payment has been received must be completed in writing, either via email, fax or post. Cancellations received in writing will receive the following refund on all monies paid (not inclusive of the booking deposit as this is categorically non refundable)

CANCELLATION POLICY BY PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if faced with unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences or which could not be avoided. These circumstances include but are not limited to oversight of error by the third parties, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, floods, adverse weather conditions, or the threat of these. It sometimes happens that other situations which are out of our control arise of a local nature, which is equally beyond our control. These include but are not limited to, failure of equipment, loss of water supply or electricity supply, or loss of access etc. If the problems cannot be resolved within a responsible time period, we will offer alternative, comparable or better arrangements. This offer applies only in the case of a problem with an individual venue. It does not apply to an area wide loss of service. No compensation is payable by PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com
ANNUAL INFLATION
All fees on the website are in relation to 2009 bookings - we will endeavour for 2010 rates to remain fixed also but as such are open to a 10% raise ANNUALY (bookings made 2011 may be subject to a further 10%) should such said suppliers raise their fees. At PaphosweddingsMadeEasy we endeavour to keep costs competitively priced and fair to our Clients but Inflation cannot always be avoided.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All products, facilities, services, transportation and accommodations provided by PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com are furnished by independent contractors over which we exercise no control. PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding any of these. This includes, but is not limited to facilities, food and beverages, services and products of independents, transportation, and accommodations. We do, however, use proven contractors/suppliers who have a history of providing quality for the level of service you purchase. PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com reserves the right to substitute any hotel or site for any reason. PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com assumes no responsibility for hotel over bookings resulting in inconvenience and/or substitute accommodations/sites being provided, whether of a similar or lesser quality and location. All Packages are based on inclusions/prices at the time you are given a price and are subject to change by the provider without notice. PaphosWeddingsMadeEasy.com and its affiliates or agents will not be responsible or liable if any of the services, features or facilities described on its website cease to be available, are changed or fail for any reason.
COMPLAINTS
If at anytime you have a complaint or issue with any of our services, products, accommodation wedding arrangements or suppliers during your stay you must inform your wedding planner immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. The complaint must be followed up in writing at signed by your coordinator prior to departure from Cyprus. We will not accept any complaint once clients leave Cyprus unless an official complaint is registered with us in Cyprus.
